WATCH is provided as-is for entertainment purposes on Discord. By using the bot, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the bot, including but not limited to:

• Automated spamming or abuse of commands
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities
• Using the bot for unlawful purposes

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the data you input using the bot, including watchlist entries and game participation. We are not liable for content retrieved from external sources such as TMDB.

4. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uptime or continued functionality. Features may be added or removed at any time.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to block users or servers from using the bot if they violate these terms or cause disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

WATCH and its developer are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the bot.
